Srachi Realty Completes Foundation Work at Lake Vista Ahead of Schedule

We're pleased to share that foundation work at Srachi Lake Vista, our flagship New Town development, has been completed across both Tower A and Tower B — three weeks ahead of our internal construction schedule.

This milestone was made possible by a dedicated site team working through the monsoon with reinforced scheduling and daily progress reviews. Structural work on Tower A has already begun, with the first slab expected within six weeks.
