You can book online by submitting an enquiry on any property or project page, or visit our sales office for a guided site tour. A booking amount of 10% secures your unit, followed by a construction- or possession-linked payment schedule.
Booking amounts are refundable within 15 days of payment if the buyer withdraws without a specific reason attributable to the developer, subject to the terms in your booking agreement.
Payments
We offer both construction-linked plans (payments tied to build milestones) and down-payment plans with a discount for buyers who can pay a larger upfront amount. Our sales team can walk you through both options.
Yes. We have pre-approved tie-ups with leading nationalised and private banks, and our team can help you get a loan sanction typically within 5-7 working days.
Additional charges typically include GST, stamp duty and registration, a one-time maintenance deposit, and optional charges for car parking or preferred floor/facing — all disclosed upfront in your cost sheet.
Possession
Every Srachi project is RERA-registered, which legally binds us to the promised possession date. In the rare case of delay, buyers are entitled to compensation as defined under WBHIRA regulations.
Ongoing projects publish dated photo updates on their project page. You can also request a personal site visit at any stage of construction.
Yes, all our projects are registered with WBHIRA (West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Authority). The registration number is listed on every project page and brochure — you can verify it independently on the WBHIRA portal.
General
Limited customization (such as tile selection or wall positions for select unit types) is available if requested before a certain construction stage. Speak to our sales team for what is currently possible on your chosen unit.
Our customer care team can connect owners with vetted local brokers for resale or rental once you take possession, though Srachi Realty itself does not manage secondary transactions.
"Ready to Move" units have received their occupancy certificate and are available for immediate handover. "New Launch" units are newly opened for booking, typically with 2-4 years to possession, often at a lower price point.
